Dzemila Okanovic

Dzemila Okanovic was the Marketing and Community Manager of the reference manager Paperpile from 2018 to 2025. During her almost eight years at Paperpile she wrote guides on research, academic writing and working with scholarly sources, and looked after the Paperpile community. Before joining Paperpile she worked as a project assistant at IBM in Vienna and completed internships in human resources at L'Oréal in Vienna and in accounting in New York City. She holds a Master of Arts in human resources management from IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences and a BSc in business administration from WU Vienna University of Economics and Business.
