Can I use the mobile apps for free?
Yes, you can use our mobile apps for free without an account or subscription. Without an account, your library and your PDFs will be saved only locally on your device.
When do I need a paid subscription?
If you want to user our web app and sync your library between devices you need a paid subscription.
Our prices are fair and you get unlimited space for $2.99/month paid yearly (Mendeley costs 4.99/month for 5 GB and 14.99/month for unlimited storage)

How can I migrate my Mendeley library to Paperpile?
- Sign up for a Paperpile account at htps://paperpile.com with your Google account
- Follow our migration guide.
- Install our iOS and/or Android apps and sign in with the same Google account. That's all - your library will be synced between all your devices.
Can Paperpile replace Mendeley completely?
