Troubleshooting: Problem with your network or VPN
Paperpile displays a "Problem with your network or VPN" error
You can encounter this problem when you work on a restricted company network, a VPN, or proxy that modify standard SSL certificates along the way and use so called "self-signed" certificates.
The Paperpile desktop app currently doesn't trust such "self-signed" certificates, which means you cannot sign in or or sync data between to your computer.
