Invoices and receipts
Add billing information for your invoices
You can add additional billing information that will appear on your invoices at different places:
- In the subscription dialog when creating a subscription
- On the invoice payment page before you pay an invoice
- In Settings > Billing for all upcoming invoices
In all cases you can add the following information:
View invoices and past receipts
- Go to Settings > Billing. In the section Invoices, you will see a list of all your invoices.
- Click View invoices to go to the invoice page. If it’s paid you will see the receipt. If your subscription is paid by invoice and an invoice is still open, you can pay it directly with Pay invoice.
- To download an invoice or receipt, click Download PDF on the top right of the page
Add a memo to a receipt
You cannot change the billing information after an invoice is paid. However, it’s possible to add some additional information for administrative purposes to a receipt as a “Payment memo”.
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- In the section Invoices, click View invoice for the invoice you are interested in.
- Click Add payment memo on the receipt, add any information you want to include, and click Save.
- To download the receipt with the memo, click Download PDF on the top right of the page.
