Share your feedback, suggest new features, or report issues to help us improve Paperpile. We review all feedback and use it to guide our product development.
Send feedback
To send feedback from Paperpile:
- Click the question mark on the bottom right of the web app.
- Select Contact support.
- Describe your feedback or feature request.
Your feedback goes directly to our team. We read every submission, though we may not be able to respond to each one individually.
Request a feature
When requesting a feature, include details about:
- What you're trying to accomplish
- How you currently work around the limitation
- How the feature would improve your workflow
This helps us understand your needs and prioritize features that benefit the most users.
Report a bug
If something isn't working as expected, let us know by sending feedback with:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Any error messages you saw
Screenshots are helpful when describing visual issues or unexpected behavior.
