The fastest way to find answers is to search our Help Center. Use the search box at the top of any help article to find information about specific features, troubleshooting steps, and how-to guides.

The Help Center covers all Paperpile products and features, including the web app, browser extensions, mobile apps, and integrations with Google Docs and Microsoft Word.

In-app messenger

For personalized help, use the in-app messenger:

  1. Click the question mark on the bottom right of the web app.
  2. Select Contact support.
  3. Describe your question or issue.

The in-app messenger is the quickest way to reach our support team. We typically respond within a few hours during business hours.
