The Help menu opened from the circled question mark, with a heavily circled “Contact support…” at the top, above Help center, Community forum, Keyboard shortcuts, “All about the new Paperpile”, Changelog and the Paperpile website.

Reporting problems and bugs

Reloading the Paperpile tab and/or restarting the browser can usually help solve some temporary problems. For common issues please have a look in our Troubleshooting: General tips.

If you experience problems or think you found a bug please include the following information.

What exactly did you do to see the bug?
What did you expect/what happens instead.
If helpful, include a screenshot or video.
