Get a Paperpile subscription for your team or organization
If you are a Paperpile user and want to advocate for Paperpile within your organization, our team is happy to help: think of a good point of contact in your organization (someone who is responsible for purchases and/or software management) and email sales@paperpile.com to get started.
If you want to create a subscription for your team or your whole organization, you need to create a “Team” in Paperpile. You can then invite others to join your team and use Paperpile through your subscription.

If you are on your free trial
- Go to Settings > Team and create a team, see Create a team.
- Invite others to your team, see Manage users and seats in your team.
- At the end of your trial get a subscription, see Subscribe to Paperpile. In the subscription dialog the required number of seats will already be set correctly so all users in your team are covered.
If you already have a personal subscription
- Go to Settings > Team and create a team, see Create a team.
- Invite other users to your team. Any additional seats required will be added to your subscription. See also Manage users and seats in your team.
If you are not a Paperpile user and want to purchase for somebody else
If you are a reseller, administrative assistant, or IT manager and want to purchase a team or site subscription for your organization, please contact support at support@paperpile.com.
