My credit card does not work

Make sure you have entered your credit card information correctly.

Paperpile handles payments securely with Stripe, a trusted payment provider used by thousands of small businesses around the globe.

We accept all major credit cards. If the payment gets rejected multiple times, please contact your credit card provider. We cannot access your credit card information directly to help resolve the issue.

Alternatively, you can choose to pay by Invoice or PayPal.
